1. Functional Responsibilities - Review GL and prepare tax working and tax payments - Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns - Monthly and yearly reconcile per tax and per accounting to find out potential tax risk - Estimate and track tax returns - Complete monthly and annual tax reports - Challenge and Solve tax matter raise up by tax auditors - Organize and update the company’s tax database - Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals - Share financial data with the accounting department - Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits - Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes - Liaise with internal and external auditors - Do all the assign work by the line manager - Internal/External Interactions: (key responsibilities with internal/external interactions within the Company, across the Group, outside of the Company) o Internal  Finance Department, Logistic and sale team o External  General Department of Taxation/ Tax Auditors  City Hall  Custom Department  External Auditors  Others

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: - BA graduate in the field of accounting & finance or similar qualification KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ESSENTIAL: - At least 3 year experiences in tax advisor or consultant required. - Knowledge in Cambodia Tax System, and Cambodian Tax Law - Exposure work to some tax training/ course would be priority. - Certificate of Tax Agent would be benefit. - Accounting knowledge and bookkeeping procedure - Experience to work with Tax Auditors, Ministry of Commerce, City Hall and other related authorities - Computer literacy (Ms Excel and Words) OTHER: - Good in Challenging Negotiation and Reporting skills - High Integrity, commitment, detail oriented, accuracy, willing to learn and open-minded.
