• Oversees deposit department and noncredit (Savings and Other Products) operations, leads and generate deposit/savings product sales; • Making appointment and client meeting to build strong relationship in order to sell non-credit products to the public and customer; • Monitor the results of the sales activities of the deposit team and keep record the deposit trend • Develop, manage, coach, monitor and motivate the deposit team to improve their skill to ensure the monthly sales target is achieved; • Work with other related departments to develop selling strategies and tactics for Deposit mobilization to make sure the designed products are well distributed to target customers. • Collaborate with Product Development to modify/update existing Deposit products.

• A bachelor’s degree / master with 5 years related experience in a financial/ banking environment; • Possess effective selling skills and sense of customer services; • Analytical, communication, negotiation & problem-solving skill; • English language proficiency and Chinese speaking is an added advantage;
