-Identify business opportunities, potential growth areas, prospects through network and other sources. -Develop and maintain business relations with the prospects and clients. -Provide information on business opportunities to Management, Division Managers and other people involved in business development. -Assist the Divisions, Section Managers in negotiations and solving problems with the clients. -Monitor and maintain some specific projects. -Assist to secure some project tender. -Assist for sourcing some specific products. -Raise brand awareness to outsiders. -Monitor competitors’ activities in business development. -Perform other tasks that assigned by Division Manager/Managing Director.

-Above 5 years experiences in sales/marketing and business development. -Fluent in English and Chinese both writing and communication. -Negotiation and interpersonal skills. -Computer literacy, MS Office. -Pressure Resilience Budget: $1,200-$1.750
