• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success • Act as the point of contact for clients • Organize regular client meetings to discuss requirements • Develop positive relationships with clients • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner • Report on the status of accounts and transactions • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives • Monitor and report sales performance • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field • 2+ years of experience in Construction/MEP Coordination • Good understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems • Experienced dealing with main contractors and general contractors • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in M&E contracting or construction company • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Salary : 300 – 500USD/month plus13th month bonus, insurance and other attractive benefits.
