• Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP equipment’s • Ensure that MEP subcontractors adheres to projects safety and regulations • Coordinate and administer of MEP related materials, system, and shop drawings submittal • Direct monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractors • Assist in scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change in ordered • Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions, facilitate problem solving, between MEP and Subcontractors • Planned MEP system, design, and project progress with other related parties • Assist in receipt and review of MEP submittal • Assistant in installation of MEP work • Ensure MEP Subcontractors provided adhere relevant Quality documentation / records • Other tasks shall be assigned

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred. • 3+ years of construction experience with working knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and plumbing of construction process and practical. • Project Management skill, good in negotiable with other parties like: Sub-con, Co-Worker, tender, suppliers, government officer… • Proficient in design and calculation software. • Experienced dealing with MEP main contractors and subcontractors. • Have proven track record as an Electrical Engineer on commercial building and related projects. Salary : 400 – 600USD/month plus 13th month bonus, insurance and other attractive benefits.
