• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company. • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space. • Drive website traffic and acquire leads. • Develop and monitor campaign budgets. • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our 22AE0, St. 288, S/k. BBK2, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools. • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. • Design, build and maintain our social media presence • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate • Plan and manage social media platforms. • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. • Report to CEO

• Bachelor degree, (in particular, major in Marketing). • Minimum three-year experience of Digital marketing or a similar position. • Knowledge of Sale, Marketing & social media. • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well with other staff members. • Self-motivated • Fast learner and willing to learn new skills. • Must be willing to travel up to 70 percent of the time • Able to work in shift, weekends and public holidays. • Good command of spoken and written English.
