• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. • Keeping up with product and service information and updates. • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals • Perform effective online demos to prospects • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. • Staying informed about competing products and services. • Upselling products and services. • Closing sales and achieving sales targets • Possibly training more junior staff members • Report to Supervisor

• At least years 2, (in particular, major in Sale, Marketing). • Minimum one-year experience of Customer Support or a similar position. • Knowledge of Sale, Marketing & social media. • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well with other staff members. • Self-motivated • Fast learner and willing to learn new skills. • Able to work in shift, weekends and public holidays. • Good command of spoken and written English.
