o Follow manufacturers instruction of every machine, to provide it it's best service o React to reports of problems on the basis of farm manager instructions o Manage the technical team, and allocate missions to technicians o Follow activities of technicians and approve their jobs o Teach and educate new workers (technicians or others) the technology that they utilize, and creating working protocols for the different technologies. o Plan periodical maintenance program in coordination with farm/department managers. o Report on daily/weekly basis the technical activities, and make sure that manufacturer instructions are fulfilled. o Create inventory lists and make sure that all urgent needs are available in the plant. o Follow and maintain infrastructural components (i.e. Electricity, Water, Communication, roads, buildings), direct communication with surrounding suppliers (Electricity, Communication). o Perform other duties assigned by manager

o Bachelor or Master degree in field Mechanical, electrical or relevant engineering o At least 05 years of experiences in maintenance or related field o Priority to who has work experience in Food industry or food production o Able to manage of spare part o Knowhow and experience in machines, motors, pneumatic, electric is advantage o Good leadership and managerial skills. o Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams. o Strong oral and written communication skills. o Good planning and organizational skills. o Good writing & speaking in English.
