-Lead team to create creative targeted content that reflects our brands positioning, key messaging, and effectively communicates to target audiences -Drive a culture of creativity and inspire new ideas to drive engagement with our brands across channels -Will be responsible for the platform strategy, execution, performance and reporting of digital media campaigns across all buying platforms. -Be the programmatic and social expert in regards to campaign performance and optimization -Providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives -Work with agencies and internal stakeholders in developing and delivering integrated media plans and digital content strategy -Leverage first party data for targeting and insights while reporting all analytics to GMM on a weekly basis -Oversee the work of multiple specialists, assisting in technical knowledge and manage workflow. Provide strategic guidance and oversight whenever needed -Coordinate assets, tags, and ensuring campaigns are delivering against set KPIs and proactively managing campaign success -Responsible for overseeing company pacing & performance across all VBL’s digital media portfolio -Formulate and recommend forward thinking strategies and innovations -Consult and work with other cross-channel leaders for seamless execution -Manage and train all digital team members when applicable

-Degree in Computer Science, media/MIS or relevant studies - At least 4 - 5 years of experience in direct marketing, execute creative with high performance - Knowledge of analytical mindset with natural tendency to improve -Hands on expertise with DSPs (DV360, google Ads, TTD, etc) or Facebook ads - Proficient user of digital ad trafficking tools (Campaign Manager) -Experience against various media buying strategies, self-service, manager service, partner negotiations - Require to have basic film production skills -Well on MS Office as Excel & power Point -Professional attired and articulate communications, both written & verbal -Ability to handle multiple projects & prioritize responsibilities -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment -Strong knowledge of Khmer & English contents written include English communication 3000$
