Jobs Description

•Assist the Academic Manager to plan and organize Teacher Training program for kindergarten and elementary teachers •Assist the Academic Manager to manage and direct teachers in line with education and academic requirements •Report issues and concerns to the Academic Manager •Assist the Academic Manager to develop and design curriculum for student’s education •Develop and design Mid-Term and Final Term Exams, class operating dates, observation and evaluation of teachers •Check and evaluate teaching performance of teachers and report to the Academic Manager •Check and evaluate supervisors’ performances and report to the Academic Manager •Update the teachers’ profiles •Assist the Academic Manager to interview the applicants and do the pre-service training before sending them to perform the real teaching •Evaluate teachers who renew the contract to the Administration Department •Assist the Academic Manager to design the term plan and unit guide •Design or update new curriculum according to the need to modernize •Set up teaching schedule •Prepare teaching materials •Conduct student and school survey •Conduct peer and teacher observation •Assist in English Teacher recruitment and interview •Deal with local and expatriate teacher •Prepare weekly checklist to implement in all-academic team •Search new course books if needed •Coordinate academic matters related to other strategies in the curriculum •Teach and learn strategies, process and procedure •Report for program initiative •Facilitate the progress, design and delivery of district wide academic matters, i.e. •Assess the campuses’ stage of academic development •Promote teacher growth by determining suitable development task •Assist teachers in establishing realistic and attainable academic goals •Advise teachers and administrators on academic issues •Identify options appropriate to address academic improvement with the analysis of each option, including possible outcomes and implications •Recommend professional development for teachers and administrator •Recommend academic action plan for teacher, administrator and campus •Identify options for teachers to satisfy endorsement and certifications requirement •Other relevant tasks as assigned by Director of Academic Department

Jobs Requirement
