Jobs Description

- Finance Manager (FAM) is in charge of Finance and Administration Department consisting of (i) Finance and Accounting, (ii) Admin & Procurement, (iii) Treasury, (iv) IT and (v) HR functions - FAM is a key player within the above functions and will report directly to and proactively advise CEO and Managing Director on financial matters - He/she is responsible for controlling and preparing for financial accounting, financial and management reports, loan quality reports, forecasting and budgeting for business operation on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) and check variances with actual results - Ensure completeness, accuracy and up-to-date of data entry for financial accounts including revenues, expenditures and borrowers’ loans information - Be responsible for quality, time, and accuracy of all the reports to regulators such as NBC, tax filing to GDT, reports to MLVT, NSSF’s routine process and filing system, CBC checking reports verifications - Prepare and be responsible for External Audit report, Annual Reports and CIFRS for SME conversion and adjustment - Closely monitor cash flow of the business and expenditures of each department to meet they day-to- day operation need; and by comparing variances from budgets to actual spending and results cross checking to each department's activities and their set of objectives - Alert as soon as possible to the top management of significant variances or irregularities on the spending, revenues mainly from loans to customers, and collection from customers, and the deviation of practices from the law and regulations that might impose implications to the company and its business - Verify borrowers’ data and relevant information ensuring correcting posting into system - Develop, prepare and implement the financial policies and update it from time to time - Develop short, medium and long-term Financial Strategies by identifying opportunities to grow, enabling better financial decision and managing risks, and analyzing discrepancies by work package between Budget and Actuals analysis on the business’s margin and expenditures evolution - Preparing monthly staff payroll, staff benefits calculation ensuring correctness, accuracy of payroll information to the right respective employee - Prepare, update, and verify staff profiles, performance and evaluation, and analyze on the manpower aligning with company’s objectives and strategies be it short-term or long-term - Supervise the Deputy Finance and Administrative Manager and accounts staff by providing ongoing training, guidance and directions and develop them into an effective team - Closely monitor and work with teller and cashier to ensure smooth daily operation - Maintain and keep good records of corporate filings, accounting filings, customers and suppliers’s orderings and documentation - Contribute to longer-term development of the above functions by continuously improving process and documentation ensuring that all the four functions are operating effectively and efficiently, - Ensure a solid understanding of, and comply with the principles of the company’s Code of Ethics - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Jobs Requirement

- Finance Manager should possess the following qualifications - Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Related field - Qualification in or pursuing CA/CPA/ACCA, MBA - A native Khmer language speaker and have good understanding and commands in written and spoken English - Advanced Excel and excellent in other applicable computer system and literacy such as ERP, Core Banking System, Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and Presentation - Minimum 3 years of working experiences in management role in the related field - 2-5 years similar position in financial institutions such as Bank, MFI or Insurance - Advanced time management skills including the ability to program and schedule the time of others - Intermediate organizational skills with the ability to implement system and procedures to ensure efficient and transparent tendering process, revenue and budgeting - Patient, reliable and dedicated to working independently with minimum support from management - Able to work as a team within internal, external team members and across the functions in the company ** Deadline: 30 May 2021.
