• Route riding with sales staffs in the market (Coaching) • L3 Evaluation Sales performance during OJT • Review/Feedback on good/poor Sales performance • Coach; actively encourage all relevant team members to use information available to manage respective area of responsibility. • Submit Sales performance report to manager • Prepare training materials • Conduct training to Sales Staffs • L1 & L2 Evaluation • Translate training modules from English to Khmer • Twice yearly performance review conducted by end of June & end of December • 100% compliance to BIG PDP guidelines • Before recruited ensure that 100% is fit to competency requirement • Control turnover less than Company standards • 100% adherence to the requirement & selection policies • All breach of HR policies & procedures reported to HR with 24 hours • Comply with Company COBC • Follow up BIG value • 100% compliance to training administration documentation • All individuals trained & developed 100% against development plan/identified gaps per competency • All competency gaps identified for team members annually • 100% adherence to process requirement set by TCCCS • 100% compliance to internal & external audit • Do OJT and Managed Training to Sales Staffs
