• Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development • Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills • Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health • Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use • Assimilate arriving children to the school environment by greeting them, helping them remove outerwear, and selecting activities of interest to them • Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities; • Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate those objectives to children • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests • Arrange indoor and outdoor space to facilitate creative play, motor-skill activities, and safety • Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration • Administer tests to help determine children's developmental levels, needs, and potential • Supervise, evaluate, and plan assignments for teacher assistants and volunteers • Perform other tasks assigned by upper manager

• Degree in the field of Chinese teaching for Teachers of Chinese or related fields • At least One-year experience in teaching Chinese • Respect and supporting AG Education’s values and mission • Six months to one year work-related experience in education • Good command of Chinese • Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel a plus • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skill • Ability to create teaching aids • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team How to Apply Competitive salary and please state your salary expectation!
