● Assist and facilitate the Research Advisor in preparation of proposals and reports for granting agencies/foundations ● Provide inputs during the research design and contribute to literature review and report writing ● Conduct field visits, collect, edit and enter quantitative and qualitative data ● Use Statistical Programs to analyze data ● Support in managing research projects (communication, budgets, records, etc.) ● Prepare, maintain, and update website materials relating to research activity of the school ● Follow up undergraduate students on their research projects (maintain records on assignment completion, act as liaison/mediator between the undergraduate students and the faculty researcher) ● Other tasks as assigned by the Research Advisor

● Master in Economics/ Business Administration/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Social Sciences or a related field ● 1-2 years of relevant experience in conducting research (data collection and analysis) ● Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods ● Experiences with EXCEL, SPSS, STATA, etc. ● 1-2 years of experience in managing research projects ● Experience in research design and report writing ● Experience in questionnaire design ● Good communication skills (Khmer and English) ● Willingness to learn in a team and to carry out fieldwork * SALARY & BENEFITS FOR REGULAR STAFF: Salary is competitive (Negotiate).
