− Organize and manage the QA department to ensure that quality of the produres comply with legal requirement and management objective. − Ensure that incoming raw material and direct packing material meet the required quality standard. − Ensure the finished product achieved the required quality standard during after production run. − Review quality report and microbiological result of raw material and finished products. − Conduct plant inspection to ensure compliance to SOP − Coordinate and communicate with local authorities on compliance. − Troubleshoot product quality issues and investigate trade complaints. − Well-versed with HACC, GMP and other food related regulations.

− Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology − Minimum 8 years working experience in QA, preferably from the FMCG industry − Strong leadership and coaching skill − Analytical, well organized. Goo project management skill and well multi-tasking ability − Good English (Spoken & Written)
