• Monitoring the any waste and cost on quality control & assurance or claim process. • Overseeing the quality assurance process, drawing up a quality assurance schedule; • Ensuring that the quality assurance is cost effective; • Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality; • Supervising and motivating a team of workers; • Reviewing the performance of subordinates; • Identifying raining needs. • Monitoring product quality standards and implementing quality-control programmed; • Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; • Working with supervisor / managers to implement the company's policies and goals; • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
