• Oversee the daily operations and asset management of Agriculture Division in Cambodia • Reports to Director of Agriculture • Support in planning and aligning the objectives and work plan to meet the company’s strategic needs • Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve daily issues which arises from the operations. • Adhere to standard operating procedures in operations, safety and security and logistics management. • Assisting to forecast the financial needs of the operations management plan • Ability to plan, organize, strong management and leadership skills • Participate and involvement in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate partnership) • To monitor maintenance of machineries and infrastructure works • Assisting Director in sales and export of the company’s fresh cassava and tapioca starch as and when is needed

• Diploma or Degree in Civil engineering or relevant fields • Min 2 years of relevant working experiences in the agriculture or related industry • Effective bilingual in English & Mandarin • Good organising abilities, interpersonal and communication skills • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving • Experience in asset management with food production industry; starch or grain preferred • Prior experience dealing with cassava starch production is a plus • Have a good understanding of Asean agro commodities markets • Basic knowledge of Industrial Standards and Safety Norms • Computer literacy • Based in Cambodia • English/Chinese speaking are required.
