• Issue invoices base on customers order inform by mail or/and group messenger • Monitor promotion period against sales order (for beverage) • Perform as a bill collector • Follow up the collection from salesman and customers • Daily check with bank transaction for payment from customers and records in daily collection • Inform to E any payments from customers with shut tools off with Khmer Foods • Support customers in case want bank account number and need to do payment • Monitor and check stock with the stock keeper and confirm the available time for delivery • Summary invoice beer every end and beginning of the monthly • Bookkeeping all invoices into the system and follow customer about debt payments • Bank reconciliation, Do transactions related to bank and bank situation update • Others tasks assigned by the accounting manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and Banking or related fields • At least 2 years experience in accounting, Finance, Banking or related fields • Have good communication, influencing skills, hardworking, and honesty • Good knowledge in English both written and verbal communication • Good knowledge of computer applications MS Office, Internet, Email & Outlook and QuickBooks • Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill
