Job Description: + Doing maintenance work and reporting its activity to the customer. + Trouble shooting / repairing work by finding technical solution + Parts replacement and repair work + Reporting all activity to Section Head Manager + Responsible for all elevator and escalator maintenance activities + Sales of maintenance parts of elevator and escalator where it is necessary + Supervising overall maintenance work and schedule management of maintenance activity by following required maintenance schedule + Negotiation with customer for paid-maintenance contract + Quality Control and Safety Control Support making Business Plan of each fiscal year + Report daily, weekly and monthly works of Field Operation Department to management

Requirement: + Cambodia – Nationality Only + Bachelor Degree in engineering field/Technical school/Institute graduate (preferably electrical or mechanical) + Age: older than 30 + Working experience: 5 or more years in related field (maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment) is desirable + Good English Skill (Required to Communicate with Foreign Management) + IT skill (Microsoft Excel (database control), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Most Preferable is Highly-Motivated Ones who want to be the Professional in field. + Be able to travel outside Phnom Penh + Be able to work full time + Having General Business Manner.chnical support and training on new equipment. Working Hour/day: + Working Hour: 8:00am to 6:00pm* *The staff can go back home anytime after 5:00PM and the staff don’t need to work on Saturday when the job and project are not busy on Monday to Friday. However basically the company rule is that the working hour is until 6:00PM on weekday and need to work on Saturday morning. + Monday to Saturday (half day, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
