A. Responsibility - Focus on KPI, manage all case flow and accounting issue in Food & Beverage department and franchise. - Prepare payment voucher - Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording - Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy; Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner; - Manage & Verify payable are collected completed on schedule and accuracy; Bank reconciliation - Accrual expenses and all expenses coming - Control daily Petty Cash - Maintain and Control fixed Assets and store - Prepare weekly report - Prepare daily posting; - Organize all documents in proper manner and safe place. - Reconciliation AP and AR Due and AP and AR Schedule - Follow up all AP and AR schedule and deadline - Manage and control all expenses - Reconciliation petty cash - Review all SO and PO pending and make the meeting with suppliers - Reconcile all work scope pending and prepare the report sent to GM - Review product, inventory, wastage, cost and stock count base on schedule setup with the store manager - Generate or Prepare Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow and other financial statement - Prepare monthly Tax clearing

- Bachelor degree in accounting finance or other related fields - 2 years of experience with accounting/ finance with managerial roles. - Good at computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel, Peachtree System) - Must be good in English. - Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, and aggressively, anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive working attitude. - Good at solving problem skills.
