Payroll 1.Responsible for calculating monthly payroll 2.Coordinate for filing the hard file of employment records 3.Coordinate with Finance team for salary recording 4.Responsible for NSSF record, filing and payment Accounting 1.Raise the vouchers of payment and receipt 2.Book the vouchers to QuickBooks 3.Close the monthly management accounts for small entities Tax 1.File and monthly and annual tax return for small entities 2.File the Salary and fringe benefit taxes 3.Familiar with e-tax system Other 1.Support the outgoing for bank or other regulator institution 2.Update the bank register 3.Other tasks assign from supervisor
