Jobs Description

- Facilitate the whole HR process (Recruitment, Screening, Interview, Selecting, Hiring, Onboard training and coaching). - Act on behalf of HRA Manager in supporting concerned department managers to update Job Description and Job Requirement. - Oversee the implementation of recruitment and manpower strategy to ensure staffing needs are met within the entire company. - Manage all employment contracts, MOUs, and other HR related documents. - Keep researching applicable benefits including leaves, allowances and subsidies, insurances and make verbal or written proposal to Manager for wellbeing and job satisfactions of the employees. - Help review the set benefits and wages or pay structure from time to time and propose a competitive update in comparison to good practice across the sector and job markets. - Monitor the working environment and propose. corrective and improvement actions to Manager or seek advice and approval from senior management if deemed necessary. - Assist in ensuring incoming recruits receive proper On Job Training (OJT). - Support HR Manager in customizing the inclusive training programs for employees ‘capacity development and adaptability and determining the appropriate training course to meet required standard in the sector. - Take part in identifying the potentials and area of improvement of each employee in order to align him/her with company’s goal/objectives. - Prepare, monitor, and keep record of the performance evaluation and arrange KPI (goal setting, feedback, review, appraisal, reward and recognition). - Ensure legal compliance with MLVT including registration of staff movement, foreign quota request, workbooks and work permit, election of staff steward, and participation in labour inspection. - Control fixed asset and coordinate with Accounting Department. - Assist in managing daily security operations to ensure security and safety standard of the company. - Oversee stationery, cleaning tools, and refreshment, office cleaning and sanitation and pest control and procurement. - Participate in formulating and updating HR and Admin manual, policies, procedure, checklists, and forms.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management, admin or related field. - 3-4 years of experience in human resource and admin field. - Experiencing in management may be advantageous. - Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure preferred. - Be a team leader and able to inspire others.
