Jobs Description

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department to achieve organizational goals - Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate, reliable and timely financial reports or statements. - Manage account receivables, account payables, fixed assets register and cash flows. - Ensure good and accurate keeping of accounting record - Review and arrange for the approval for cash disbursement by staffs, payroll, and other payment requests by suppliers/company’s business partners. - Prepare and review financial budget plan. - develop and prepare department SOPs, manual, policies, and procedure to ensure smooth operation, enforcement and high level of accuracy - Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process. - Coordinate and communicate with external auditor and other relevant persons - Coordinate closely with project manager, QS team to ensure timely and accurate payment, - Ensure good keeping of all documents in Accounting Department - Build close working relationship with other business functions to provide technical advice on accounting issue and ensure smooth handover of documents and report. - Other tasks assigned by management.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and banking or related field. - Having at least 5 years of related working experiences is required. - Good in speaking/reading/writing English and Khmer. Chinese is an advantage. - Must have computer literacy and accounting software such as QuickBooks. - Detailed and analytical, self-directed and self-motivated skill. - Strong leadership, strategic thinking, results-focused and proven ability to collaborate across functions and with all levels of the organization. - Good knowledge in accounting and taxation in Cambodia.
