• Input all accounting transactions into system. • Ensuring the process are followed policies and having proper supporting doc. • Issue quotation, invoice and receipt • Managing petty cash • Follow up customer payment • Prepare staff payroll • Bank reconciliation • Controlling fixed asset listing and depreciation • Generating A/P & A/R Aging and inventory report • Assist with monthly tax declaration • Preparing Financial statement • Create Accounting System and ERP System • Other tasks assign by manager
