• Responsible for dealing with accidents on the spot or over the phone • Responsible for assessing or determining liability, negotiating payments and minimizing the number of fraudulent claims • Collecting documents from clients • Verifying details with witnesses and insurance policy holders • Negotiating settlements with claimants • Giving Technical advice and guidance to customers • Collecting data regarding prices or repair costs • Gathering information • Handling Medical Claims and small non-motor claims • On standby for claims esp. motor claims • Willing to work the night shift • Going to provinces to handle motor claims • Having good relationship with traffic police, competent authority…. • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Insurance related field • At least 2 years’ experience in claim handling • Good Command of spoken and written Khmer and English • Strong interpersonal skills / ability to communicate effectively • Professional approach and a team player to achieve Company’s objectives • Possess good negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
