- Reviewing, strategize and build on existing Company CSR and Sustainability strategies. - Lead Smart-owned CSR and Sustainability programs that support the economic, envi-ronment and social sustainability of the Company; this includes (but not limited to) managing cross-functional and external stakeholders, project managing the execution of the projects, post-event evaluation and financial reconciliation. - Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders as part of supporting current initiatives and / or identifying new proposals, funding / partnership opportunities for Manage-ment’s effective decision making. - Establish and maintain a strong network of CSR and Sustainability professionals, con-sultants, government agencies and strategic alliances while keeping abreast of new de-velopments in related policies and international best practices - Develop communication strategies and campaigns with the support of the Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications teams, to promote the respective programs and campaigns formulated. - Facilitate new employee engagement initiatives and opportunities together with HR; this may include organizing educational workshops to coach CSR / Sustainability cham-pions across the Company. - Prepare / oversee all internal and external CSR and Sustainability-related presentations and reports; this includes reporting to the relevant ministries as and when required. - Represent the Company at relevant events, working groups or forums as and when re-quired by the HOD and/or CEO. - Implement Axiata Group-wide positions / initiatives and participate in any other ad hoc synergy projects.

- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Social Sciences, Environment Studies, Edu-cation, Sustainable Development / Management, Communications and International Relations or related fields. - At least 4 years working experience in CSR, CR or Sustainability related jobs (volunteer or corporate). Candidates with social work, NGO internships or other related experi-ences will have an added advantage. - Passionate about Education, Environment, Tech Innovation and Community Sports - Enthusiastic about CSR and sustainable programs. - Strong work ethics i.e. proactive, confident, positive, integrity, accountable, teamwork. - Strong project management or administrative experience and possess basic Telecom-munication knowledge. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and the Internet. - Good interpersonal / stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills i.e. both English and Khmer.
