Job Descriptions: - Communication to Agent: Communicate to all the Company activities and programs to Agents - To improve customer service: To follow Service Level Agreement (SLA) and monitoring the progress - Efficiency of respond and solving issues: Being the main contact point, handle all communications between HEINEKEN and agents. Also as the point of contact for issues and complaints from agents - To review performance Hold monthly and quarterly business meeting with agents - To drive more results: To monitor Agent’s KPI program (quarterly incentive) to ensure Agent achieved that target set

Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: - Bachelor’s degree from Business Management - 2 years experiences, preferred from FMCG Language Requirements: Good speaking and writing English
