•Contribute to the development of sale strategies and growth of annual sales target. •Provide support, tactics and sales strategy to ensure sales team understand their direction and daily approaching potential customers for both calling and appointment in the professional manner. •Be sales result-oriented and be responsible for delivering sales performance to General Manager. •Daily coaching, mentoring team members to do their best delivering monthly sale result. •Be responsible for risk and compliance and ensure its alignment to standard operation procedure (SOP). •Daily keep an eye on market activities and market survey to General Manager. •Build deeper relationship with key corporate customers and partners. •Support peer colleague as and when necessary. •Perform other tasks assigned by General manager.

•Degree in Business, Sales Management. •Nice appearance and desire for sale success. •Knowledge able in MS Offices, email and social media •At least 5 years experiences in sales management •At least 2-3 years experiencing in managing and leading team •Strong building rapport, relationship and networking skills •Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline •Strong in negotiation and problem-solving skills •Having positive personality, willing to learn, and integrity
