1. Responsible to achieve the sale budget and targeted market share setting by the company in the assigned region 2. Collaborate with Senior Management to develop sales plan and target sales budget 3. Analyze regional market trends and develop specific plans to ensure growth 4. Initiate marketing programs/ BTL activities and monitor sales objective and customer satisfaction 5. Build a winning team by hiring, managing and rewarding 6. Report the action plan and performance result of the team to head of department. 7. Update customer profile, customer activities, market trend, competitor performance, RTO analysis 8. Implement world class customer experience follow by Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) 9. Build good relationship with customers, and key dealers for long business corporate. 10. Build company branding and products in the market 11. Perform other tasks assigned by top management
