Summary of Position Operates mixing equipment to produce concrete to meet the quality and quantity requirement with optimum production cost. What you will do: • Producing Concrete in accordance with company Quality System guidelines; Inform proper personnel of any quality problems that need resolving; Take samples and test • Inspect raw Materials based on the quality requirement • Ensure that the quantity of raw material is enough for the daily productions • Responsible on paperwork such as daily production activity report, prepare concrete load volume report, slump report & moisture report, booking record, daily production volume summary to plant supervisor • At all times comply with the company’s policies and Safety requirements • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate from Technical field is preferable • At least 1-year experience as an Operator • Concrete Knowledge • Safety awareness • Ability to read and understand a technical manual • Well motivate with a can-do attitude • Attention to detail.
