 Maintains the computer networks of all types of organizations.  Installs and configures hardware and software, solves technical issue.  Providing technical support to staff and ensuring the whole university runs smoothly.  Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issue and troubleshooting activities.  Provide end users training activities.  Repairing replacing equipment necessary.  Lay cables and wires for network.  Provide Technical on checking Network/ cabling.  Monitoring and manage security Camera.  Monitoring and manage staff attendant.  Monitoring and manage access doors.  Monitoring and manage next generation firewall.  Handle infrastructure administration activities such as servers and storage.  Handle IT related documentation and diagram.  Handle periodic maintenance of hardware and software, assist in data migration duties.  Troubleshoot network problems.  Coordinate vendors for the acquisition of equipment and software.  Other tasks may assigned by ICT Manager.

 In 3rd or 4th year in computer science, software engineering or telecommunication.  Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows server  Knowledge of Linux.  Knowledge Switch and Router.  Knowledge of next generation firewall.  Knowledge of Wi-Fi.  Good command in English both spoken and written, knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage  Knowledge virtualization VMWare ESXi  Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, integrity willing work as a team better of motivation.
