1 Degree qualified: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2 At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering. 3 Excellent analytical skills 4 Experience with MEP materials design 5 Establish a system to ensure collaborative problem solving with the site delivery team, which will involve regular dialogue with contractors, team working, and risk-sharing. 6 "Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients, and internally.
