• Develop dynamic web project using PHP or Python • Customize or develop animation for website using CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery etc. • Analyze and understand project requirement and propose solution. • Code and Deploy project in a Cross-Platform, Cross-Browser Environment. • Creating timeframes and work schedules to meet deadlines. • Communicating effectively with clients and teams • Supervising junior web developers, analyzing areas of weakness, and scheduling training sessions accordingly.
