JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to Technical Supervisor/ MEP Manager, this role’s responsibilities include: • To implement the property management system at the assigned property. • To ensure the following functions run efficiently run efficiently and compliance with the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) • To maintain the building and system of mechanical, electrical and plumbing • Control the Owner fit-out works to make sure they follow the fit out guidelines • To support the property management office and follow-up on any outstanding technical issues relating to facilities or operation disruption and working closely with contractors/suppliers to make sure that the issues is solved on timely manner • To identify problem areas at the property and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of site management. • To maintain good public relations with clients, owners and tenants of the property Purchase order, record and manage inventory for any equipment or materials required for the effective management of the property • Purchase order, record and manage inventory for any equipment or materials required for the effective management of the property • Lead sub-contractor set-up, tender, renewal process to ensure effective sub-contractor agreements exist for the safe and effective management of the property • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Jobs Requirement

1. Strong work ethic 2. High School diploma or general education (GED) 3. Minimum 1 year experiences of related duties and/or training 4. Ability to comprehend and interpret instruction, short correspondence and ask clarifying question to ensure understanding. 5. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence 6. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from client, co-workers and/or supervisor 7.
