Key Responsibilities: • Partner with talent acquisition in employee recruitment and selection process • Collaborate and provide business insight to OD Mgr and C&B Mgr and HR Share Team to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented that support business people plans • Provide objective and timely feedback to OD Mgr and C&B Mgr and HR Share Team on the quality of service to ensure the overall HR service to the business unit meets or exceeded agreed standards • Maintain needed knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, grow talent pipeline, and increase retention • Support business leadership on processes such as Talent Review; Succession Planning; Restructures; Communication Meetings; etc. • Representing HR in any special business projects • Talent requirement and acquisition plan • Ensure performance review process is carry out for both mid-year and year end within supply chain department and calibration as per company guideline • Be the central point of contact on HR maters • Handling people disciplinary issues, counseling, and employment termination • Be the gateway for the business into the HR function to ensure Line Managers and Employee understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions • Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and trade union/shop steward/their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation • Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Growth Culture and Corporate Business Principles

Jobs Requirement

Requirements: • 6-9 Years of HR experience with at least 3-4 Years of training experience • Problem solving • Perform analysis and recommendations but decisions escalated • Set up new programs and ongoing operations and works within global processes • Experiences in team management & client management with a strong interpersonal skill • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Strong commitment and able to work under pressure • Very good at reporting
