- Develop, review, or improve policy/SOP/procedure - Be responsible for spare parts import clearance from oversea - Monitor parts operation in CPD such as binning, picking, and delivery - Monitor stock order replenishment to appropriate stock level - Propose ideas and create action plan for warehouse Kaizen - Monitor and prepare report KPI such as safety, quality, productivity, supply, etc. - Process spare parts Spare Parts Mis-shipping Report (SMR), Logistic Quality Problem Report (LQPR) and warranty from/to dealer and supplier - Support and improve dealer operation by providing training to dealer parts staff - Conduct dealer Genba, Evaluation and Recommendation, Improve the operation - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

- Bachelor Degree in Management/Business Administration or other related fields - At least 2-3 year experiences in warehouse and logistic operation - High commitment, dynamic, self-motivated, and team player - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multi-tasks, strong time management, and organizational skills - Good command in English both written and spoken - Ability to work with deadline report - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
