•Prepare Cost estimation of the project. •Tender preparation and coordinating tender process. •Maintain Cost tracker. •Do the contractor claim assessment/ payment evaluation. •Do variation and final account settlement. •Assist on Procurement when necessary. •Carry out other department duties. •Other tasks assign by Manager.
