•To coordinator with ODM for shipping and scheduling requirement with various locations, freight carriers, freight forwarders. •To maintain daily correspondence with suppliers and other divisions. •To follow up shipment planning to ensure product is delivered timely and safely. •To coordinate and follow accountant for preparing invoicing and payment process. •To respond of damaged goods, warranty and repair process with supplier. •To produce final expenses report of Contracting Project for project profitability. •To ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information, both incoming and outgoing, with external and internal parties are followed of company rule. •To perform other relevant tasks as required by Supervisor.

1.Experience Import/Export logistics background preferred. 2.Interpersonal skill. 3.Good of analytical, coordination and communication skills. 4.Good in English (Verbal and Written) 5.Strong knowledge in MS office and Excel •Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or others related field. + Working Condition: Monday to Thursday( 7:30am to 5:30Pm), Friday( 7:30 to 4:30Pm)
