• Involved in the design direction, captions and promotion in marketing • Do the marketing research for increasing sale activities (be able to go outside) • Assist general manger to plan, develop, implement and oversea company initiative • To assist in the communication with influencers and barter deals • Resolve customer problem and fulfil their requests • Handle customer schedule to ensure that our resource fulfil to the requirement. • Answer to customer inquiries through social media such as facebook, Telegram, Whatsapp,etc. • track all transactions in system Quickbook for any mistake • handle stock inventory and report on popularity of sales • track witness commission and issue monthly report • oversee the company’s daily operations and make sure it is going well • Train new staff member regarding the system, services, product, workflow & policies • Other task will be assigned by General Manager

• Bachelor Degree of Business administrative or related field. • Minimum1 year experience of office reception/customer service/relevant work experience. • Computer skill (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Email/Internet) • Good interpersonal skills; good communication and administrative function • Always happy to the customer and responsible to your work attitude • Good spoken and written English
