Jobs Description

Position Summary: - Expedite full processes of landside and customs activities to ensure that shipments are arranged and delivered on time as customers’ expectations - Coordinate with all related parties/ stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and problem solving on timely manner - Deliver services performance & customers’ KPIs; proactively initiate preventive and corrective action plans for further improvement. - Be responsible for job costing, following-up billing and payment in timely manner Key Responsibilities: - Expedite daily operations landside and customs activities of assigned accounts - Proper co-ordination with Customers, Customer Service teams, CFS Warehouse and 3PL provider for stuffing plan and/to arrange services on scheduled, for timely collection and dispatch of shipments. - Proactively attend all the inquiries from Customers and Customer Service teams, well communication with related parties in case of exceptions. - Prepare SOPs & IOPs in collaboration with Customer, Sale, Procurement, Implementation and Products and 3PL providers - Take ownership of the issues and perform problem resolution. - Ensuring compliance to internal & external audit controls; process efficiency and delivering operational KPIs. - Drive operational excellence through KPI measurement and analysis. - Able to work independently with the limit supervision from higher level. - Enhance productivity & performance with initiatives in operation. - Actively contribute initiatives to support process improvements, payment process with cost-saving requirement. - Take every opportunity to expand on services in scope of solution design and new business development. - Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Manager

Jobs Requirement

- Possess 2+ years’ experience related working experience in Import - Export Operation • Possess practical knowledge & experience in customs formalities operations, preferred (not mandatory) to customs formalities at border gate; and knowledge in regulation on specialized inspection; • Familiar with handling transportation (inland/ domestic transportation and cross borders) • Experience in working and managing vendors/ sub-contractors • Possess practical knowledge & Experience in customs formalities operations & transportation handling: container pick up/drop off; OOG container handling. • Processing for apply Certificate of origin/ quality, HS code classification - Experience in price consultation of customs, tax refund, post-clearance inspection and year-end Customs finalization report will be a plus - Computer literacy, especially in outlook email, excel, power point - English - Possess can-do and willing-to-do attitude - Teamwork, Discipline and Integrity
