- Ensure effective and quality training to new WCX - Ensure effective and quality training to experienced WCX - Ensure quality of training to relevant department about new product & service - Involve WCX engagement plan including annual training, workshop, WCX quarterly meeting/conference - New product launch training and other training such as IMT, Saving, Loan etc - Coordinate sales & distribution, sales conference, agent town hall agent annual party. - Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Degree in Business Administration/Education/Pedagogy - At least 1-2 years experiences as sales or product training from insurance or FMCGs industry. - Have experiences organizing workshops/conferences is preferred - Good at public speaking, presentation and communication skills, Ms. Office, Power point. - Knowledge of ADDIE is a plus. - Customer/Client focus, result oriented and time management - Good team work and collaboration.
