• Coordinate work progress with Main Contractor/ Consultant/ Customer • Take instructions from customer • Monitor materials delivered to site (follow up with Logistics Department) • Check and verify delivered materials with Delivery Note and Master List • Store the materials properly at work site • Do Acceptance Delivery with sub-contractor & client when completing material delivery • Control and coordinate work site everyday • Supervise sub-contractor • Ensure the erection of PEB follows FUXIN’s guideline and safety guideline • Review and monitor work progress against program and schedule and take appropriate actions • Arrange meetings and take minutes of all necessary meetings at site • Conduct Tool Box meeting every morning • Record and report to Site Manager regarding any accidents at site • Control and monitor safety activities as safety officer • Make reports requested by Site Manager • Report to Site Manager regarding change orders instructed by customer • Conduct, prepare and submit all necessary inspection reports to customer at each stage of the work.
