- Sourcing products and suppliers of construction materials, consumables, and services with provided specifications & lead time negotiation and purchase (purchase order, delivery order, payment term) - Review and evaluate products and service with budget - Prepare, develop, teed & execute procurement strategies, procedure & guidelines - Carry out proper purchasing planning - Manage price agreements and contract as required - Other tasks as per assigned.

- Degree in Engineering or any field related to purchase and procurement - 2 years’ experience in construction procurement - Proficiency in English communication - Negotiate and High communication - Good interpersonal skill - Problem solving and analytic thinking.
