Duties and Responsibilities: - Direct the planning, promotion, and devise market strategies and sales tactics to achieve profit objective & expand the sales margin/volume. - Establish Retail market segment for sales with added value (customer focused) as well as ensure that customers are satisfied with product and service given. - Establish CMIC position to be the best in satisfying the customers need. - Responsibilities among others include market analysis, pricing, marketing strategy, market penetration, promotion, customer service, control billing & collection and managing the sales team in selling and delivering products. - Building partnership with distributor and retailers within Retail Unit.
