- Assists the procurement officer and department of purchasing activities, takes quote from vendors, and reviews quote. - Coordinate with requests and make sure the right materials needed. - Perform related work as required by procurement department. - Assists receiving shipments; matches shipment to purchase orders; return items to vendor for repair or credit, route shipments to requesting departments. - Assists with data collection and preparation for monthly reports. - Responsible for the daily activities within the procurement office. - Coordinate with requests and make sure the right materials needed; find out sample material to be purchase if necessary. - Perform related work as required by procurement department.

- Candidate must a university graduate. - With at least one or two years experiences with related work. - Have some knowledge about construction work. - Able to use MS office for office work. - Must be good at English.
