- Take off quantity of MEP both Infra & Building. - Preparation of Tender documents, front end documents and queries - Preparation of tender brief, read and understand the tender drawing and relevant specification. - Bid comparison of subcontractor offers, collect cost data analyzing. - Update and developing of price database for tender as per the subcontractor/supplier quotations. - Checking MEP drawing, BOQ and Planning (Schedule) - Prepare the contract or Letter of Agreement (LOA). - Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate (IPC), Variation Order (VO) for all MEP work - Can go to site and checking technical work at site. - Analyzing cost between Actual cost and budget cost - Cost Estimate for the project Report to Manager in charge
