- Enter and code financial transactions appropriately - Process payments as well as documents like invoices - Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings - Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or related if needed - Make and track payments - Review admin & other expenses and make reimbursements - Make bank deposits and keep up records - Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs - Validate invoices against items or services received - Check all financial transactions for accuracy - Key data into company accounting system - Disburse funds as needed - Other duties assigned by Finance Manager

- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Accounting. - 1 years progressively responsible experienced, - Patient, Smart, Businesses Orientation minds, and willing to Learning by doing. - Fluent using computer (Office Program; Word & Excel) other programs are requirement - Good Chinese preferable, and Good English written communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks - The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance.
