- Prepare purchase orders - Research potential vendors - Sourcing products from factory with best prices - Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing - Track orders and ensure timely delivery - Review quality of purchased products - Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices - Other tasks assigned by Manager

- At least B.A graduate - Knowledge of business management - Able to use computer with management system - Experience working from purchasing - Good command of English Working Hour/day • Salary: negotiated • 7:00AM to 6:00PM (1 Hour lunch break) • Monday to Saturday (6days/ Week)
