- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. - Set sales target, compare performance to target, and adjust target as needed - Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. - Tracking sales target and reporting results as necessary. - Determine current sales and marketing opportunities - Create Sales and Marketing plan - Develop sales strategies and tactics to meet the sales target - Be responsible for daily sales and marketing activities - Visit new customers to promote the company’s products - Feed back to internal teams on customer needs to improve quality of service - Perform other duties and related tasks as assigned by the management team - Maintain Weekly and monthly sale report to management team - Make sure sale team has a good communication with customer and support - Other duties as required by manager
