- Supervise and oversee the direction of project and whole construction work progress; - Coordinating and supervising construction work and workers at site; - Review progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs; - Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan; - Maintain quality control procedures; - Assess and minimize risk; - Preparing the site with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers and surveyors before the construction work starts; - Selecting tools and materials; - Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety; - Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings; - Assessing and minimizing risk; - Good teamwork and problem-solving skill.

- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline, plus minimum 5 year experience; - Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques; - Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team; - Strict adherence to deadlines.
